How To Build A Professional Website

There is no denying, it’s hard getting started building a professional, legitimate, affiliate marketing website. You don’t really know where to go to start and what you will need. I have been thinking about it for a couple days now and I finally decided to put together a quick blog post outlining the 3 things that you need to go from having nothing to owning your own money generating website.

The three things I am going to outline are 100% a MUST for building a professional website, but understand the services and tools I recommend specifically are definitely not required, just what I feel are the best options that I have found so far.

You Need A Place To Start

If you are just starting out in the online business world, more than likely the only thing you know is that you need to learn how to start building a site and making money online, meaning you have to search for training. You could take classes at a local school or you can choose from one of the numerous reputable, successful training programs online.

There are many different programs out there that basically take you from A to Z on building a successful website, some programs offering more value than others. If you are just starting out then I recommend that you check out Wealthy Affiliate, they are the perfect starting place for anyone trying to learn how to start making money online.

The techniques and information taught at the WA Academy are up to date and constantly evolving, not to mention WA Academy is universally praised as a fantastic place for affiliate marketers experienced and new.

I recommend Wealthy Affiliate as the place to start because I know how powerful the information they teach is and so do they, they even offer a free account with the first course to try out and see if you like it. Check out my Wealthy Affiliate review to get some more info!

A Tool To Help Create The Right Content

When you finally decide where you will learn the ins and outs of affiliate marketing/web design, the next thing you will need is a tool for keyword research to help with content creation for your site.

Quality content is the absolute most important thing when it comes to rankings in search engines, meaning the quality of your content and the keywords you use will have a massive impact on what kind of money your site will make.

The tool I think will best serve you in keyword research among other things like site analysis, would have to be Jaaxy. Jaaxy is a powerful keyword tool that shows you specific, organized information about any keyword or phrase you input into it, information like the average amount of searches per month for that keyword, the amount of competition for that keyword, expected amount of traffic for your website if you rank on the first page for that keyword and even more information.

Jaaxy can also run an analysis on your websites content or anyone else’s that you choose, just punch in the information. The reason I recommend Jaaxy is because it’s a multipurpose tool that brings a lot of quality and value to the table for its price of $19 a month. Much like Wealthy Affiliate, you can sign up for a free account to try it out before you decide on it.

Check out my Jaaxy review if you want to learn more about this tool for keyword research and content creation, but no matter what you need to find a reliable tool to help you both review keywords and uncover new keywords as well, this will lead to plenty of quality content.

A Tool For Enhancing Content

The last tool I suggest you look into is some form of photo editing software.

You might be surprised just how much of a difference adding a couple nice looking photos to each page of content you create can make in terms of how many people stay on your site long enough to read through some of your content, which is a big step in your ultimate goal of getting them to purchase something you are promoting on your site.

Just think about it, imagine searching for information on Google and ending up on a web page with, lets say like 500 words or so, a dark background and no photos, or the photos are terrible quality, how likely are you to invest time in this site? Unless it’s a well known and used site for whatever reason the answer is probably not that likely I would imagine.

The way your content looks, from the theme to whether or not you use good quality pictures or videos is going to have an effect on whether or not people are going to read your pages, and that’s just the way it is. I highly recommend you just go ahead and spring for Adobe Photoshop to be completely honest, it’s the top of the line when it comes to photo editing software and its only $10 a month to get. It’s cheap and effective, the best way to handle things.

With a proper training program  at your disposal, along side a good keyword research/discovery tool and good a photo editing software, you are in a great position to be able to create plenty of original, helpful or enjoyable content to add to your site as you continue to properly build and organize the site of your dreams.

The foundation of your success is a good learning program to help understand how to build the foundation of your website, and the foundation of your website is a plentiful amount of original content that people want to look at and read, and the way to have constant original, effective content is to have access to keyword details and new keywords, alongside a tool for beautifying all that original content.

All together you would be looking at $77 or so dollars a month if you just used all my suggested programs, and I can understand how that may not be all that cheap for some, but what you need to keep in mind is that that is about what the complete cost of your own personal online business is monthly.

Only $77 dollars of monthly overhead to run your money generating website? I wish I had access to a business model like that back when I was a young man.

I personally find that the price is fairly cheap for what I am working towards achieving soon, and I don’t know about you, but that’s a bit more than $77 a month.

The cool thing about two of these companies that I mentioned, Wealthy Affiliate and Jaaxy, is that both have an affiliate program available that is simplistic to get involved with, meaning you can get your friends or acquaintances(or online patrons of your site if you wanted to) to sign up themselves and basically pay for your subscriptions!

Whatever you decide, if you want to be an affiliate marketer and have an affiliate marketing site then you need a good online program to help get you learn the ropes, and proper tools for keyword research and content creation, these are just facts. Those I suggested in this article are just what I feel have been the most effective for me and my affiliate marketing career, who knows, maybe you will feel different about those suggestions, although you should try out the free memberships available for WA and Jaaxy, because I am fairly certain you will come to appreciate them the same as I have.

I genuinely hope this small article will help someone get started with their affiliate lifestyle. Please feel free to leave a comment down below if you have any tool suggestions or tips for walking down the virtual road to success of your own as I personally would love to hear it!

Thank you for reading,

Lorenzo
